RESERVATIONS |
It
is recommended that reservations, which are subject to the availability
of space at the time of booking, be made as early as possible to
avoid disappointment. |

PASSPORTS
AND VISAS |
All
passengers should ensure that their travel documents are in order.

INSURANCE |
It
is strongly recommended that you purchase insurance against cancellation
or unexpected expenses incurred as a result of illness, accident,
lost luggage etc.. |

PAYMENT |
Once
your reservation has been confirmed, a 20% deposit is due to us.
Deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the total holiday cost
should reach us 6 weeks prior to the tour commencing. If not, we
reserve the right to cancel your reservation. Reservations made
less than 8 weeks before the date of departure must include the
full payment. |

CANCELLATIONS |
Should
you or any member of your party be forced to cancel, you must advise
us in writing. Cancellation charges will be charged. No refund is
available for cancellations after the tour has commenced or in request
of any tours, accommodation, meals or any other services not utilized. |

RESPONSIBILITY |
All
arrangements are made and booked on the express condition that Tollie's
African Safaris and Good Hope Exclusive Touring and Safaris
shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from, all liability
in respect of any loss, damage, accident, delay or any inconvenience
to any person, or his / her luggage or other property, wherever,
whenever and howsoever the same may occur. |
